Your server.. came?

A "server" is technically a computer, yes. The difference being one can be used as a desktop, the other only being used for hosting.

The sever he bought does not have the computer aspects hard wired in. It would slow it down. It's a raw computer.

We're not talking a Blockland game server..
ohhh okay thanks. i didnt know that

Did you use a tissue to clean it up?

There really isn't a distinction other than perhaps the lack of a dedicated GPU and obviously the design of the computer being for a rack. It comes down to how the owner uses it.

So you can plug a server in and use it like a desktop?
I thought it was void of the normal ambient processes to keep 100% usage on the task you give it.

You've never heard of a server OS?

Also unless you have a rack to mount it on there's no point to buy a rackmount. Your upload speeds are probably no where near good enough to host either
