well, if you bring in DOG, there'd also atlas and p-bodygreat work including stuff that aperture invented decepticonalso I think aperture's a bit more dedicated. black mesa had a huge budget and barely managed to invent anything before it started a world war, while aperture science, with a smaller budget, continued to test and invent in their awesome underground base
yes but black mesa had a bottomless room with a bunch of crates in it so your argument is invalid

anyway, over all I think aperture invented more stuff and it worked a bit betterI mean what's more reliable to use, a handheld gun that shoots portals that you go through or a random lightning-coil thingie that does random stuff and makes portals all over the place and oh my god forget I never managed to understand it
