I personally hope they made the civilians smarter in regards to driving. All GTAs had in common the civis couldn't drive for stuff and would crash into anything then drive away. I actually enjoy the terrible driving AI, particularly of Ambulances. It just makes me laugh so much when an ambulance comes to help 1 civilian and kills 3 on the way there.
But I suppose I'll like realism too. will be a bit upset to see that unintentional humour go.

I've preordered the special edition. Not the collecters with the bag and things though.

i dont give a stuff about anything except being able to stand on the top of cars and cause havoc as people drive them around

It will never be optimized for PC.

Sure, it might be shoehorned over, but they never give a rats ass about making a good PC port.
