why do people get banned for posting addons?

Here's how:

release exploits
release hacks
release a failed add-on twice
release a failed add-on
release an add-on for a banned user

release add-on so poor in quality that it makes badspot cringe
release add-on so poor in quality that furling cringes

there are a few more, but I think I summed it up

good lord you've been banned that many times on that account and yet you're still here?

because people post things that aren't really add-ons, and they're actually a lot closer to sacks of stuff.

ex: city*, almost anything by iban, etc.
