The two reasons why we aren't using anything that is LEGO besides the bricks and the concept of the game.

1) The game is supposed to be more in a block type of way than a round, smooth way.

2) Badspot would be sued for using LEGO brand things. Thank god he replaced the LEGO on the real LEGO brick studs with BLOCKO.
