That's weird, I live in New York which is fairly liberal but we still haven't got to legalizing any form of marijuana yet.

Looks like the bill has been proposed already, but I'm not seeing anything on the actual passage yet.  Missouri is one of the harshest states in the USA on cracking down on marijuana though.  Even one gram is punishable with up to one year in prison and $1,000 fine.
