Okay. Please explain to me how you'll get new people to download an add-on they don't know about to get to the tutorial they don't know about.

The tutorial will just tweak part of the game's default tutorial gamemode, just so it tells them to learn how to speak, create a minigame, ban/kick a player, etc. For the main menu, it would show boxes in red telling them where to go to do something.
