As for the 30x30 and 14x14, use the print baseplate pack, which has the much more normal sizes of 16x16 and 32x32. I can't imagine why you'd need to subtract 1 stud from each edge, you're generally supposed to place the walls on top of baseplates. There's not even a 30x30 REGULAR baseplate out there, let alone print.
