Ingame Custom Irc Chat

I have my own irc chatroom on a irc server. I wonder if i could make it so that when people chat on it, it will make it appear in the blockland chat on my server. Can someone please make or give me an addon that does just that?

Better chat management in a popular server that needs a lot of communications between players.
When I had like 40 players in my pokemon server, the chat was going mental.

pretty sure they want it the other way around
instead of the BL chat going to the IRC server, IRC chat goes to the BL server
or one that goes both ways
