Not at all, at least I don't think so.
The only problem I had with this game is the control scheme and the engine feeling outdated as time itself.

RoR was started and originally developed by Pierre-Michel Ricordel (aka pricorde), who is now retired from the project, though you may see him lurking the forums every once in a while. Thomas Fischer (aka tdev) is now the lead developer, but there is a somewhat large Behind-the-scenes team working on RoR.
