Help: Steam games glitchy graphics

All my games are now unplayable on my steam library, Its because the graphics seem to glitch and forget up. The game still seems playable, just the screen is not correct.

So far i've...
deleted the games and reinstalled em'
deleted steam and reinstalled it
checked my drivers for errors

none worked

Any idea of what I need to do?

it started about 1 week ago

also, im not a super tech man, so i don't even know the first thing of where to even update my graphics card or something

it sounds like either your laptop got bumped somewhere and got messed up
or your laptop is heating up too much
is this only happening on steam

Well, I have not cleaned (dusted) my laptop in a long time
and its only happening to steam in a few games
