Author Topic: Elite dangerous, should I buy  (Read 872 times)

its pretty good, but kinda confusing to start off.

If you do buy it, and are interested in bounty hunting, find Exit Supercruise near a nav point and start shooting the wanted people.

I've played around 5 hours of it.

In that time I crashed into a sun three times, got wanted twice (Mistakes!), crashed into multiple stations and completed a single quest.
(I think the game took pity in my hours of not getting anything done and gave me a mission to transport goods, It even said it was easy money)

I've not found a single thing to shoot that isn't an innocent.
(And then when I found some.. People? Maybe? That were wanted shooting them made me wanted to..)

Yes, but be warned: It drops you in completely. I suggest doing and repeating the training missions until you get a handle of the controls.

Also,
I think it's best to use a controller or a joystick for E:D, but that's just my opinion. Use what you think suits you best.

got wanted twice (Mistakes!),
I know how you feel, I shot an officer by accident when I was fighting a wanted criminal and was destroyed pretty quickly.

Oh, yeah that reminds me.
Sometimes, the police will be in the same faction as the criminal which means if you even scratch him, the police will be on you.
So you'll end up fighting 5 guys you shouldn't touch (cause, bounties)
and 1 guy with a bounty.
