the two things ive heard most about diets are low carbs, and eat evenly through the day. see i dont eat breakfast and then i eat a stuff ton for dinner, which is not a good idea, you should eat a moderate breakfast, snack a bit between then and lunch, snack a bit, but make your meals smaller and the snacks more frequent. big meals are bad for you.
