ahhh forget i fell asleep before i could post anything because i had a neck pain that was killing me. It's alright though, nothing significant happened yesterday anyway. I do believe I've lost about five pounds though.

I'm not exactly going to be going by the scale, however, since I'm also focusing on building muscle and not just burning fat.

275 pounds???!?

i thought i was the heaviest one in here

(210 pounds)

well funnily enough, i'm not some amorphous blob despite my weight.

i just think it's really dense and evenly distributed. i'm 6' by the way

I should post on this thread in the mornings or something lol.

anyway, I was able to go to the gym and do the same thing again, except this time I went up a level with the weights on the machines. I think it was eighteen pounds on each machine or so?

anyway, I think most of the impact was on my legs this time. really feeling it

hell yeah now push for at least one right hand

you gotta lift at least 10,000 weights so both arms decide "forget this" and you grow another arm to compensate

Keep up your protein and water intake and you'll be good to go!

Glad to see you're improving so quickly :D

💪👀👏

wait stuff I think those are both right hands not left

is this too old to post in nope

anyway, my aunt hasn't been willing to go to the gym as much, so I've been simulating gym equipment just using dumbbells at home. my arms have lost whatever flab there was, and i must say i'm pretty happy with that

anyone got any experience with getting, uh, "definition" though?

increase protein, decrease (but don't eliminate) carbohydrates.

this

ideal workout for cutting down fat (from my experience):

5 sets (easy)
1 minute normal plank
30 seconds left arm
30 seconds right arm
1 minute superman (cooldown)
lay down on your stomach with your arms and legs out so only your torso should be touching
keep your knees and elbows off the ground

*alternate between these leg lifts for 30 seconds each like 3 times, then finish off with a 1 minute leg lift*

do 3 sets of leg lifts which is where you lay flat on your back and hold your feet 6 inches in the air with your legs 100% straight
o_)_// < - that except lower
then do the same thing but lifting one leg up to about 75 degrees and the then back down
o_)_/_ your legs should never go under 6 inches from the ground and should always stay straight

last thing is stand up then jump and bring your knees as high as possible, do this 50 times

finish it off with running like a mile if you're out of shape and then increase that up to 5 miles
