try to spark the two pins manually with a screwdriver or metal piece
try sparking the CMOS clear button

try another power supply on it
remove everything except for graphics, cpu, and ram parts, no optical drives or hard drives

The motherboard has a power button installed into it I don't see the point of jumping the power button.

not sure what the issue is, im assuming it's the display port since my monitor's getting a no signal and my mother board has no error led's lit up and everything is powered

Check the ATX and CPU power cables, make sure they're in properly. Check the front IO header, make sure you've put the right cables on the right pins. Try booting with just one stick of RAM if you have more than one.

while installing the 24 pin power connector I started noticing i had to put a a lot of force on it, is that normal? It's nearly impossible to take it out now

it just posted. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON. It won't post sometimes and sometimes it does???

When it doesn't post do any of the status LEDs on your motherboard stay lit up? If any one of them does please refer to the onboard LEDs section of your motherboard's manual. I'd recommend reading the manual thoroughly if you haven't already; it's always a useful thing to know the ins and outs of your motherboard and BIOS

I read through most of the manual from the motherboard and no, none of the led's that indicate problems are lit up constantly.

They do light up 1 at a time then disappear

could still be bad
try jumping from the pins, but button could be bad
do a memtest, and if you can install windows do a furmark burn in test on the CPU
try a different monitor or a different port on the gpu

also did the motherboard come with a speaker?
plug it in to see if it makes any error noises, a proper post will be followed by one quick beep

no it did not, the times it posted there was no beep.

I shorted the power connectors to turn it on the ghetto way same problem.

It's been really odd It would post a few times then if I restart it wouldn't post at all.

Also are you suppose to turn your computer off via the Power button in the bios? There's no shutoff button in the bios

pressing the power button on the case is fine

if you have two ram sticks only use one, try it in both slots and see if the problem stops
remove the dedicated graphics card and try the onboard stuff

when and if it persists, RMA the motherboard
if it happens again after that its either the ram or the CPU, if the onboard graphics dont fix the problem it shouldnt be the dedicated gpu

I unplugged my gpu re plugged almost everything took out my hd, and only had a ramstick in the ram slots.

Again it posted at first and I wanted to see if it did it again so i Restarted my computer and boom. Wouldn't post again It just says No signal on my monitor

no i mean remove the gpu entirely and let the onboard graphics have a try at posting
try posting it 5 times in each configuration, if it passes all 5 times in a configuration keep trying to see if it slips up
what do you mean by not posting btw
do you mean it just doesnt turn on, or everything spins up and nothing happens?

I found a fix, for some god damn reason it won't post back to back to back. I have to wait a few minutes let the computer settle down turn the computer on again then it will post.

Not sure why this happens maybe its the crude shutdowns but yea It's worked a few times now after waiting 10-20 minutes inbetween posts.

Gonna go get an os and see if it runs.

If all the troubleshooting lights turn off when your PC doesn't post it might actually be an issue with your monitor. Have you tried plugging it into the motherboard instead of the GPU or into the GPU using a different connector?

I've gone through the checklist, and yea i've tried different ports HDMI and Displayport on both the gpu and the mother board

It's been 2 days im pretty sure my psu or mobo is the problem, it just no longer posts anymore compared to before it would post sometimes
