In the mainland, they try to find a way to make the hull of a ship stronger so they can withstand storms.

On the colony, wooden walls are constructed to keep the cannibalistic tribes outside of their territory. Trade continues as usual, convoys always try to go around storms, but get lost in the process of such. In an attempt to try to decrease the amount of lost ships, "districts" for the sea round the island are added.

The North is called the The Yruien Sea, the West is called the Great Philiemon Sea, the East is called The Bolresk Sea, the South is called the Forolein-jara Sea.

With this, mappers and ship captains will possibly have a better time to navigate the sea.

This one's a doozy.

Erinaum:  Tumokit, viewing the BCU as a future and present threat, tells everyone.  Some don't believe it, but they are far outnumbered.  Those outside the BCU are largely unsurprised, but cut many ties to the BCU.  Many of the intellectuals and more fervent believers in Vun decry the plot as Erinamese hatred for their blood caste rivals and by the new ways, a backwards Erinamese-centric action likely to needlessly drag everyone else into a moot war.  The simmering tensions, over the centuries, have left most very averse to the actual culmination of things, with the notable exceptions of the Erinamese, Zenians, Belenese, and Nytegenese.  [NPC : -5]
Byartalena:  Ernando Fassitis takes the spotlight in the Senate, and with golden oratory convinces all of the merits of a single unified currency, and a single, unified nation.  His speech is so moving, that it is inspiring even to those not present, and the people are not just content, but proud, despite recent setbacks and downturns.  The people are all fired up and will do almost anything that is asked of them.  [POL : 3 => DOUBLE: 6]
Gœðalaussland:  The global economic cooldown, paired with poor weather, resulted in absolute minimal local harvests, barely above subsistence levels in the vast majority of cases, and many are starving.  Unrest among all strata of society is building quickly, crime of all sorts is spiraling out of control, and the de jure government is starting to lose control.  [POP : -5]
Al'ard Almuqaddasa:  Efforts to re-establish ties with neighbors are a success, and friendly relations resume with minimal trouble.  [NPC : 3]
Neslait:  The people celebate good harvests and are very happy and not unrsetful.  [POL : 1]
Avalonia:  The global economic slowdown hits Avalonia hard.  Internal and external trade slow significantly, paired with spending on diplomatic goodwill putting a strain on the nation's coffers, causes local growth to come to almost nothing, and much credit to dry up.  [ECN : -5]
Kyrvan:  Good harvests have improved the nation's overall health.  [POP : 1]
Confederal Grand League:  Word of the defeat of the confederacy reaches other islands, and the CGL's diplomatic, economic, and military intimidation and clout are increased significantly in the region.  [NPC : 5]
Arlien:  Despite the rough time that exploration and colonization efforts have had, they remain very popular with the people, and there is great unity in this belief.  [POL : 2]
Gorhkislava:  The significant public support for just about anything the government does has ended with the rapid deaths of numerous local political figures.  [POL : -3]
Vlast:  A powerhouse of a nation to the North has determined that Vlast's claim on its land is illegitimate, and that it will "liberate" the area.  Its armies are strong, its people determined, its economy strong, and its allies many.  [NPC : -5]
Esperanto:  The economy improves slightly.  Nobody is sure why.  [ECN : 1]

The rulers are thankful for such popularity. Propiganda artists would take advantage of such hype by creating pictures of the possible colonization. Although these images of the colonization are somewhat romanticized, the citizens will still go for it.

With the coalition shattered, the League occupies the primitive holdings of the natives, and asserts Confederal sovereignty.

Work on administrative reform has begun back on the mainland, as rising infrastructural capability and rising populations both call for better documentation.

Nationalist policies make their way into the cadence of courts, and a syncretic dialect of Dovahzul is to be used throughout the League's official affairs.

The SLTC continues its attempts at economic expansion. They fund research into naval technology.

Now that relations are better, proposals are sent to neighboring tribes to trade with one another to better the economy and increase relations.

Attempts are made to find land that isnt claimed by any of the tribes we are trading with so that we may colonize it to expand our empire.
A few locations for farms are picked out, and workers are sent to build them.

To help along the economy after the previous slowdown, Al'ard also puts in a new system for the farms. All produce must be sold to a state business, and said business will sell it to the populace for a profit. If the farmer on a farm dies with no children, the farm is auctioned off to the highest bidder.
Farmers do their job for life, and are not allowed to move under any circumstances. A certain produce quota must be met every year, and if the quota is not met fines will be issued.

A few diplomats are sent down to the Neslalit post we found earlier. They ask where the capital and overall developed land of the nation is, as well as if they can see their king.

God-King Ayoob Saliba has unexpectedly died heirless, and so his family must choose a new heir. They choose Hanif Saliba, known for his piety. However, many question his rule, as he is relatively unknown and the power of the family has dropped due to Ayoob's death. Two pretenders rise up, Hakem Fudail, a high ranking official seeking to remove the Saliba family from power, and Jalil Imtiyaz, a candidate chosen by the people, who seeks to give more power to the populace than to the government.

Hakem rounded up about 4,000 trained men to fight for him, and Jalil raised 20,000 peasants. Hanif has decided to stay on the defensive, and has taken the rest of the army to defend the capital building, where he will reside until this all blows over.

Sorry for being so inactive, gonna leave this here: (even though i'm not sure if this topic is still alive)

Gorhkislava:  The significant public support for just about anything the government does has ended with the rapid deaths of numerous local political figures.  [POL : -3]

Due to recent death of the politicians, the Denbasie has enacted martial law, sending out around 100 men to check the countryside for possible rebels and other usurpers. They also end the recruitment calls for a short while, so as to deal with the current internal affairs and to stop any men from joining the army with malicious intent.
