if you're using imgur for commercial purposes (ie what cytube is doing, or any website that uses imgur as their own personal cdn) you're going to get banned
if you're using imgur for non-commercial purposes (ie hotlinking in a forum post) you won't get banned
i dont know whats so confusing about this
there's nothing confusing about it people just want to complain about standard business practices that solely affect a website that's too lazy to buy some extremely cheap amazon CDN space and will not affect them in any way whatsoever
hell, even if you hotlink imgur ON YOUR OWN WEBSITE: chances are nothing will happen. You're far too insignificant for them to give a stuff.
