The intent is to prevent jews from hosting stuff for their websites on imgur so they don't need to spend shekels on storage, basically anything that will get more usage beyond just sharing once like what they listed will get stuffcanned.

if you're just sharing pics with friends and don't use the image for something outside of that you'll be fine.
probably, I'm not taking any chances.
ignore this guy btw

So, what is Imgur for at this point?
It sounds like they don't want you sharing images off Imgur at all anymore.

at this point imgur is a cheap tumblr

I just found out if you get 20 downvotes (or whatever they're called) you get deleted via shadowban

Image sharing.
Not as content for your website (basically using them for website assets and such), advertising, avatars, or anything of similar nature.

I'm sure it's fine if you're just uploading them and posting them or sending them to friends.

Those terms a just vague enough to encompass all of it.
I don't trust it.

if you're using imgur for commercial purposes (ie what cytube is doing, or any website that uses imgur as their own personal cdn) you're going to get banned
if you're using imgur for non-commercial purposes (ie hotlinking in a forum post) you won't get banned

i dont know whats so confusing about this
