if your talking about selling a blockland add on, you can't.

Beyond that you would get sued by valve.

if you want to recreate them(or something similar to avoid being sued), go ahead.
But cost money for them and Badspot/valve/someone of equal jurisdiction in this case will kill you.

sorta, actually they like, sold the full engine to garry so he was able to mod it even more, compare GMOD9 and 10 and see what i mean
