How do I use ImageShack? (now in the right place)

How the heck do you use ImageShack?

I was told to use ImageShack to upload my pictures, but sadly, I failed.

I assumed that in order to post pictures, you have to join, then leave the link in a reply. So I tried to join using the little drop down bar at the top, but I clicked "join" and nothing happened. So sad.  :(

well i thought "general discussion" was for all kinds of things.
I would have put it in help, but i think general discussion gets looked at more
