The Wii, why I'm pissed at it, and why I don't like it.

An add-on isnt first of its kind even if its the person's first

Example: the NES wasn't "first of its kind" because it wasn't the first console, but it was Nintendo's first.
Pong would be "first of its kind" for video games(I believe, might be wrong), but say Nintendo's first game(donkey kong?) was their first,  but not first of its kind.(unless it was a new genre or something)

Also it depends on how it is low quality. If it breaks the game, or adversely affects other add-ons/parts of the game in serious ways then there is no excuse. A not-so-good model or not having little things like CI or itemicon isn't so bad, even though you still should make them(or use a preexisting one).

Developers are still adjusting to having motion sensing available for their use, some will use it wisely, many won't. Add-ons utilize scripting & modeling that have been around for a while, it's much easier to do your research and get things right than it would be with motion sensing, where a lot of experimenting needs to take place to get the motions user-friendly and such(many companies cut corners).

Do you expect a cheap 1 inch sound chip will have good sound?  Just turn it off in the wii remote menu....
He's complaining about the chip, dumbass. Nintendo, "the Almighty who are supposedly better than Sony and Microsoft, have a cheap 1 inch sound chip when a decent company would put in something that actually makes noise, not just an aggravating bleep.

I did say something about the chip, but who needs noise in the remote anyway?

Obviously Nintendo does, or it wouldn't be there.

He triple posted :D

If your having problem with the wii mote getting sensed, turn up the sensitivity.

Bolded for common sense.

When did I say I had trouble pointing it? Pointing it works perfectly most of the time; it's just the stuffty gestures some games have, like how you have to block in Wii Sports Boxing. It doesn't work perfectly all the time, unless you memorize the perfect "correct" movement, or something.

Strange... I was able to pick up Wii Boxing with no problems at all. Maybe its the sensor inside your remote.

I had the same problem with Wii Boxing.  It wouldn't pick up my punches :/

dude make your aunt buy you another one

It was:

Platformer, the genre thousands have come to love.

But it wasn't the first platformer now was it? Frogs, an arcade game released by Gremlin in 1978, was the first game to feature a jumping character, making it the genre's earliest ancestor.

Nintendo was started as a small Japanese business by Fusajiro Yamauchi near the end of 1889. It was originally called Nintendo Koppai. Based in Kyoto, Japan, the business produced and marketed a playing card game called Hanafuda. In 1973, the focus shifted to family entertainment venues with the Laser Clay Shooting System, using the same light gun technology used in their Kousenjuu series of toys, and set up in abandoned bowling alleys.

Donkey Kong was not its first game, nor the first Platformer. YOU BOTH PHAIL. :D

nu it went
playing cards - hanafuda
taxi service
love hotels
toys
lightgun games
