I heard that PS2 games work on the PS3, and I was wondering if PS3 games work on a PS2. I'm wanting to know this before I think about buying a PS3.

Reason I want a PS3 is cause LittleBigPlanet, looks real epic.

No, it doesn't work. The PS2 would need to be blu-ray compatible and it isn't.

No, not possible, it's far-fetched and stupid, no crazy processor and junk.  Also, you do not need to mod a PS2 to play PS3 games on a PS3.
