I just created this.
Actually, it's not even a finished image. I wanted to add feet, but they won't be easy. I know it's not the best, but I liked how it turned out. One of the few things I actually spent time to finish.

Gotta love the HEV diapers.

It's looks different than i thought it'd look, but it still looks better than whatever i can do :D
