Gmod jalopy help

Hey when i go on gmod and i spawn the jalopy when i get out, turn left, turn right, go forward and backwards the game crashes. this didn't happen before.

I posted this on facepunch someone said reinstall gmod but no one else could help.

It worked once and i didn't reinstall gmod. It is just not working did before i reinstalled my computer.
