Your name in the welcome message

How do you get your name to be in the welcome message?
I kown you have to type %(insert number here), but i don't exactly know D:

typing %1 makes it show the name of whoever sees it

In RTB \c[1-0] (no brackets) sets the color, It will not change it immediately but will change it for whoever comes in the server.

The color tag <color:[HTML]> works too (EX. <color:FF00FF> for magenta, <color: 000080> for dark blue)
