Keeping the hunger level reasonable is annoying enough without having to pay all your money to random people in taxes and keeping all of these up.
I understand... therefore most of these shall be free. Food costs will be reduced. therefore all the motives you have to pay for regularly will only cost about the same as just having food. The only time you have to pay for free motives is when the get drained.
I was thinking, if your motives are full, should your player run faster and have more health?
