Fill Wrench?

It could be pretty nifty and handy at times :\ It would be good for huge builds that you cant auto wrench all the bricks. It should be able to do events, items, emitters, lights, settings (raycasting, collision, etc.) I'm not a scripter by any means though, so I have no clue how easy or hard this could be :I

As someone said before at this idea it whould be easly abused someone might decide that their house is to dark and make ever brick a rbg light with emmiters and lag the server.

Just use the duplicator it saves wrench options i think.
