Err, people can't lag the server with a bad connection. Either your server can't handle the number of people on the server, or the server is trying to run too many things at once.

I'd suggest to remove IDs from the player list permanently, so people would not be able to harass others unless they ban them and open up their banlist file, at which point it would be kind of handicapped seeing as they'll already be loving banned.

And before any of you say anything, I realize some people will work around this with pieced together add-ons to extort IDs in-game, it's a testament to how loving handicapped some people are and how far they'll go to grasp for any pathetic excuse to troll someone other then being creative. The point is, if IDs stop being a factor altogether and become problematic for everyone, then people will slowly cease being friends about it and move to some other cliched ad hominen strategy.

I suppose you're right Muffin. Aside from events based around IDs, I don't see a reason to see them. Unless someone changed their name and had their old name stolen.
