Author Topic: Civlization Mod  (Read 806 times)

We all know how our history was like some 2 to 3,000 years ago. I'm not saying we don't know more that that. What would you feel if you were part of that 1,000 years of Earths history? What if you were able to found your own civilization. What if after you died, it became the largest, most powerful , cultured and  richest empire in the world will ever know? What if with the RP Core, some one got a city RP , tweaked it, and made it so for the jobs, there would be....

Civilian: people that just live.

Explorer: Explorers go around looking for were they are in the world and for rivals.

Constructor: Some one who is allowed to build and can sell their builds to the public.

Police man: Jails people, requires a clear record.

General: Commands army.

Solder: Carry's weapons, and can destroyer anyone's  bricks with 5 hits from his sword( except for base plates).

Criminal: Du???

Shop keeper: Sells items and food to people.

Grocer:sells food to people.

Arms Dealer: Sells weapons to people.

Emperor: Runs a empire.

Mayor: runs one of the cites and helps the Emperor.

Rules for something like this would be like, no builds over 4 floors  and no modern day looks. Build what the Emperor tells you to build. If you build a Greek style home in the middle of Chinese style homes, fix your house.

A map for a Civilization mod would have to be a map of the Earth, but larger that normal. VERY LARGE. I don't even know if its possible for a map this big. As you can see for the picture i have, a square segment of sloops would be as big as Europe, or maybe even bigger. I don't know if this is possible, but can someone make it so if you go to on side of the map, you apeare on the other side so you won't get lost?

Aren't all maps on a continuous loop anyway?

Except like Slate, which has an edge.

Ya, that's true. Or maybe this Earth map could have a end, or you could just instantly zap to the other side were you are like how the Earth is round, if its possible, witch i think not.

Anyone know how to make water on TGE cause i sure dont

You can still use mission editor.

Some of the ideas in here were kinda good, Except for, the grocer (not really needed) The emporer (also not needed) And few more that I forgot.

Your right. You might not need a emperor, but you might need a grocer, or in this game, you can call it a farmer. If a Civilization is to survive, it should have food or everyone shall die.

There should also be a territory feature and an Empire feature. Like this:

Territory feature

You can raid and conquer other empire's lands or "territories" in this case. Then there is a GUI that uses a key bind. (Or a slash command for people without the mod) that shows all the territories and who they belong to according to the Empire's main color e.g Blue for Americans and Red for British so One half will be blue and the other
red.

Empire Feature

It should have it's own tab in the minigame GUI, where if selected it would show you the current Empires and the recommended number of Empires there should be (based on max players). They should make the uniforms for all the jobs and soldiers and finally The Empires main color along with its name e.g snakeland.

Geography feature

I just thought of it but it would be hard as hell. For this you might as well make a new map...
Well you can make mountains and pits and canyons using this. How exactly, I don't know...
