Not bad, not bad at all. You should make your decals at 1024x1024, though, to make them really high quality.

Pretty good face. But you need to make both sides of the face mirror each other or something. So they are even.

Fix these:
:- Align the teeth
:- Straigten the teeth
:- Align the eyebrows
:- Align the eyes
:- Generally fix up the gaps especially round the eyes.

Other thank that its not bad compared to many others. :P
