Free City Simulation Games

Post any free SimCity-esque games you come across.

Yes I am looking for one myself, but I can't find any that I can get into... I want one that's easy to pick-up and play but hard to master like an actual SimCity, and before you go "Herp Derp, buy SimCity you cheap bastard" I have no money and thusly cannot go out and buy a SimCity game.

If anyone finds one or knows of one please post it here, thanks.

That isn't really a City Simulator like SimCity is it, I have played it and it is very fun but it's not what I want to play right now, thanks

OpenTTD is the best I can think of, but then again, the only city game except for it I've ever played is Simcity3000 which isn't free.
