Good Oblivion mods? Also general oblivion discussion

I recently re-bought Oblivion so i could have it on the computer and mod it. I'm looking for some good mods to download, do you guys have any suggestions.

also could anyone supply me with an oblivion data folder that doesn't have mods in it? I kind of broke mine and I didn't make a back up. My internet is really slow so I don't want to reinstall it.

Just delete the files in the data folder and then in steam go to properties>local files>verify integrity of game cache. Then it should download the files.

Also if someone posted a data folder for you, you would still have to download it. I'm guessing you pirated it.

I didn't want to have to download the whole game which would take a lot longer to download then just the data folder.

Qarl's Texture Pack - Replaces every texture in the game with very high resolution ones.
Natural Environments - Changes the lighting, weather, and atmosphere to create a more natural looking game.
