You can also send EA support a letter, but I doubt it will work, because EA's support sucks.

Find the computer it was on before, insert the cd, run the uninstall, uninstall it, then try on your computer. It worked for my brother

Jeez just run the spore de-authorization tool on the computers you don't need spore to be installed on, assuming it's still installed on those computers because if its not, then you have to call EA and ask for more activation keys.

Dad's computer.
