actually no, if you've played Portal: Prelude she was actually plugged in by Aperature Science employees to de-ice the fuel valves and monitor tests preformed by test subjects

actually i think they'll release HL2E3 somwhere in 2011 i think?  I used to work for Valve but I was a concept artist and beta tester, not a programmer
