If a man loses his legs, his normal response is to find a way to work around it. In general, people try to work their way around any disabilities they have. However, gay people show the opposite reaction. They seem to show distinct pride in their "abnormality".

Why do we continuously look to the past?  Trying to make up for past wrongs doesn't make equality, it only spawns more bigotry.  Why should we make up for something that we didn't do to someone who never experienced it?  Most people would be happy that their quality of life is improving.

Personally, I don't think that genetics have anything to go with being gay. I think it's a decision made by the individual. However, many people seem to think it's a genetic problem, so I threw that out there for them.
