The beta is client only, so you can't host a game. The only server up right now is the one that I host from my house, and that means there is limited space.

You don't have to be a USSR member or an RTB developer to be a Beta tester, it just happened to turn out that way. So yeah, the fact that everyone is either a USSR member or a RTB developer was sort of a coincidence. Badspot didn't say "k im geving beta 2 ussr guyz and rtbs". And I don't think he is going to add any more testers either, unless he gets a bigger server.
