As long as you don't mind the outdated graphics and some of the outdated gameplay than I'd say yes.

Definitely. Better then the console version. And don't forget the huge mod database.

at low levels
dont expect to hit everything everytime you hit it.

there is like a 2 percent chance to hit an enemy everytime you swing your weapon

That's one of the things I hate about the game so I tend to stick to magic based characters.

oblivion magic is better
because damage fatigue will make your enemies bash their face on a wall

and paralyze+shock damage is the most effective spell evar.

morrowind is good for immersion though.
