Pokemon won't migrate to Pearl

I have Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Pearl, and I decided to migrate Pokemon from Ruby to Pearl again. I've done it once already, but that was a long time ago.

So, I put Ruby in the GB Game Pak slot, and the "Migrate From Ruby" thing came up in the menu. It asked me if I wanted to migrate Pokemon from Ruby, and told me to make the DS clock match the game's, and then it said "Pokemon cannot be made to migrate for 24 hours" but didn't show me the menu to choose my Pokemon to migrate.

You changed the time on your in-game clock and now you must wait 24 Hours until you can migrate.

What seems to be the problem?

I have like 8 level 100s on my ruby, it gets sooo boring doing pokemon league over and over.

That's until I can migrate AGAIN, it didn't show me the menu for picking the Pokemon to migrate.

Why would the game show you the menu for picking the Pokemon to migrate if you have to wait 24 Hours until you can migrate?
