Someone mentioned using a series of frames and looping them with relays on a print brick as one solution to do something like this, or using an animated PNG if that would work.

Otherwise, I'm not sure the current engine supports it.

The animated PNG would be really cool, because if you're missing the print you could have one that's just the randomly colored lines showing an error on a TV :D
