Taking the situation into account it was pretty useless. In what situation would you need that much RAM with some of the lesser parts.
And by everything I've heard, the p-180 is quiet. Sorry I don't own one.
And as for the intel stuff, with a 750 you would have room for expansion. With AMD the fastest processor out right now isn't even up to par with the i5. It's worth the extra $20 and you could get an i7 in the future.
So, all the other stuff is fine, it's just the Processor that we are discussing?
Personally, I am already above the limit:
LCD Fan Controller
$35.99Antec 750w Power Supply
$119.99Antec Mid Tower Case
$99.99Gigabyte GA-MA 785 GMT-UD2 Motherboard
$89.99ATI Radeon HD 5770
$199.99AMD Athlon II x3 435
$79.99DDR3 RAM 8Gb
$124.99Hitachi 1Tb SATA 3.5"
$69.99And the TV/Monitor I was getting (Forgot the brand) was
$209.99Total:
$1,031So any way I can get this price down to under 1,000 while still maintaining a powerful computer that can run Blockland with several 10s of thousands of bricks then that'd be great.
