I have counter strike source, but every time i start it up i get this error.

click start, right click "My Computer" (or just "Computer" in your case) and click properties.

It should say how many megs/gigs of ram you have there

I have 6 gigs worth of Ram

I think you could set -dxlevel70


Go to start, find "Run" and run it. Type in dxdiag and then run that and press yes when the box pops up. Then when the program starts up click the "Display" tab. Post results.

Probably virtual memory.

Go to Computer and click System Properties or right click Computer and click Properties.
On the side, click Advanced System Settings.
Under the Advanced tab, click "Settings" under Performance.
Click the Advanced tab, and click "Change" under Virtual memory.
Select your main hard drive, and then click "Custom size". Set the Initial Size (MB) to 4512 and the Maximum Size (MB) to 5020.
Click Set, then OK, then OK, then OK.

Try again.
