Also Gmod is not a modern game. It runs on a six+ year old engine.

The orange box engine isn't 6 years old.

Also just pirate a new computer, I'm pretty sure there's some torrents up for an alienware somewhere

Do note that GMod physics means you need a better-than-decent processor. At least a dual core, IMO.
Processor, graphics, harddrive (just because), etc, isn't going to be that cheap.
Why not just install Windows?
