Is there a "Party" mod for Oblivion?

By "party" I mean like a team. Not a house with a disco ball and music..... anyway, is there a mod where you can invite people into a team and make them all/certain people follow you, wait, go to a certain place, etc.?

CM partners: This one is a bit more solid than the other, but you can only hire certain people that you find in taverns, although you probably could find a mod for any kind of person you want.

Companions share and recruit: this one allows you to hire anyone in the world to be your partner, but it is a little buggy in my experiance.

I think you can have as many followers as you want in CM, I'm not sure though. The most I've ever had was like, 10 I think, when I was building an army for my death knight :3

I'm not sure about CSR, I haven't used that one as much.
