Oblivion official plug-in alternatives?

There might be some user made stuff that resembles the official plug-ins.
But, If you're looking for ripped versions of the plug-ins.
That's Illegal.

They have the official patches and mods, along with many impressive use-created stuff. Additional weapons, re-skinned things, armor, ect.

I'm not looking for ripped plug-ins. And I know its illegal. I wanted to know if anyone could post mods that adds things a lot like the plug-ins.
