Arm pain

 I had a blood test about five, four days ago on my left arm. The thing is, it hurts when I straighten it out like my my muscles contract. And it gets a cold rush feeling when I hold it in the air too long.
 I have pretty small arms and not allot of muscle, but their huge in length.
I forgot the name of the part, or the name of the vain but its around the elbow area.

 It hurts mostly in the soft tissue part of the elbow.

I used to have neck pain for the longest time.

There could be a chance that you have muscle loss so every time you open your arm, your skin begins to press down on your veins or, generally speaking, your skin is on too tight.

In all seriousness, get it checked out. There actually might be a chance of muscle loss.

I also had extreme neck pain every few months fo a week.
it still happens but at a lesser magnitude
