Easy, IF you have the add-on "tranquilizer" shoot the turret and it falls off, leaving only the base.

i was thinking of that, so you would have it spawn the tank, then have a tranquilizer bullet shoot it, then teleport the tank to the area for peeps to get in it?

there's a console command for that, but I don't know it. I do know that you can mount it to body parts and whatnot, other vehicles, etc.

Tranquilizer bug is fixed in v14 the hole is for the Blockhead to fit in.
