I told my dad I wanted a new laptop a few weeks ago, and now that MAG's out, I want a PS3. But he says I can only recieve one. What should I get? I need help making a decision.

Well, it all depends. Do you need a computer? If so, is this laptop's specs worth the buy? And lastly, you will get tired of MAG. Considering that the PS3 has no games, I would say get the computer.

Well, I don't really need the computer, but I'd like to have it. Go to the Dell website and check the specs for the Studio 14z. And as for the PS3, it may have no games, but it looks worth the buy.

Laptops suck for games. Both because they're underpowered and because the controls are awkward. But they do so much more than a PS3, I say go with the laptop.

What he said^

I personally hate laptops for gaming, so get a PS3.

PS3 has games, more than the 360 actually.

That's a bit over generalized, don't you think? There are great gaptops out there, though they are a small fortune.

But PS3 has....

folding@home.

I'm favoring the PS3 more now. I'm putting up a poll.

No it's not. No matter how good a laptop is specs wise, I prefer a keyboard and mouse.

Now I'm not so stupid as to think you'd actually use the track pad, but it's just something about laptop keyboards I don't like.

Have even the slightest idea what it is?

Don't get either, laptops are trash.

Get a Desktop PC.

For one thing, the buttons run together almost seamlessly. For another, it's almost a completely flat surface. Also, the keys move down a lot less when you press them.

This is the only keyboard I've ever liked 100%, the current Dell stock keyboard.
