I remember eating one of those but it had that blue-coloring packet that made it "aqua sea blue" and it tasted like stuff.

Yuck, no. They can't get the taste I love right. I use a regular Kraft Cheese and Macaroni and add a slice of american cheese to it, no butter, just enough milk to allow the cheese to coat the noodles and enough hamburger to give it a lovely contrast in color.  When I make some, I'll have to take a pic to show how I like it.

On a related note; I love Macaroni and Cheese, I love the Ragu brand jar Cheese, I like the shell shaped macaroni, the ones that are elbow shaped are good too :D
