Get one with Serene Grace. Teach it Thunder Wave, Lovely Kiss, Headbutt, and Softboiled. You have a 60% chance to flinch. If they don't flinch, there's a 50% chance they'll hurt themselves in confusion. If they don't do that, there's a 25% chance they'll be fully paralyzed. Softboiled to heal the like 300-350 HP back (depending on EVs) in the event that they can touch you.

Mine has natural cure and knows softboiled, copycat, minimize and focus blast.

I wish they would add a command in the GTS which seeks out potential trades based on what the other trainer wants, because looking based on what other people have to offer gets no results that have practical demands.
