Just leveling up my pokémon for the Ghost type gym. What level should they all be around at?

How do you people manage to level your pokemon evenly? I always have one or two that's strong, and others are weak.

I just level my pokémon one by one till they all get to the level I want them to be at.

exp share? Anyways, explosion is the strongest move in the game. although it is a normal type move, it should've been fire :U Also, this may not be true but I think a lvl 100 with explosion can kill anything unless if it's a ghost type.
